1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Marc Faschian / Tannenbaum Media
Hauptstr. 17, 79682 Todtmoos, Germany
E-mail: info@tannenbaum-media.de
2. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect no personal data. Dice Roll Online is a client-side browser tool. All dice rolls are calculated entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No roll data, user identifiers, or session information is ever transmitted to our servers.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
We do not set any cookies, and we do not use localStorage or any other on-device storage
that would require consent under the ePrivacy Directive. For this reason, this website does not display a
cookie banner.
4. Server Logs
When you visit our site, the web server (nginx) temporarily logs your IP address as part of standard HTTP server operation. These logs are kept for a maximum of 7 days and are used only for technical troubleshooting and security monitoring. We do not combine them with any other data or use them to identify individuals.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in operating a secure server infrastructure.
5. Reach Measurement (Anonymous, Cookie-Free)
This website uses a self-operated, cookie-free reach measurement system (tbm-beacon). When a page is accessed and when a product link is clicked, only the page visited or the product link clicked is transmitted to our own server and counted anonymously. No cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored, and no user profiles are created; identification of individual visitors is not possible (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in anonymous statistics).
6. No Third-Party Services
Dice Roll Online does not use:
- Google Analytics or any other analytics platform
- Advertising networks or affiliate tracking pixels
- Social media buttons or widgets
- External CDN-hosted fonts, scripts, or stylesheets
All fonts, CSS, and JavaScript are self-hosted. No third party receives any request from your browser.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Object to processing (Art. 21)
Because we process no personal data, these rights have no practical scope on this site. However, you may contact us at info@tannenbaum-media.de with any privacy request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Germany the competent authority is the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Baden-Württemberg.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if the website's functionality changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
